Had a heavy handed weekend last weekend.Braai with friends, Ice cream. Been snacking this week. Still no booze though. Will see if I lose weight, doubt it, I didn't eat to lose this week and I felt very thin. Could feel my bones moving inside me. Giving my metabolism a bit of a wake up call so that it doesn't get used to my routine...that's the excuse I will go by. :-)
