So I went over 2000 calories today. The apple pie didn't help, but I rationalized it as okay since it was low sugar. BUT it doesn't really matter how matter calories I eat if I don't know what I SHOULD be eating. So I'm going to research that tonight. I have no clue what I should be eating as far as calories go. But I'm pretty sure over 2000 is way too much. And even though I ate so many calories, I felt starved for half the day.

I have been so tired as well. I haven't had soda for three days, and living without caffeine is killing me! I want to go to bed early because I'm tired, and it's hard to concentrate. I am going through college online and have SO much work to do this week and next week. I feel like I just really picked the wrong time to quit the sugar and caffiene. I feel like I can't function right without it. I hope these feelings go away!!!


Okay, so it's a little while later and I'm editing my post to add this:

Okay, so this is the info I found. Based on my information, I should be eating 2263 calories a day to maintain my weight. This is pretty accurate considering I eat about that many calories, if not a little more. No wonder I don't lose weight..lol. I also found out that I should be eating around 1763 calories to lose 1 pound a week. I should be eating 1263 calories a day in order to lose 2 pounds a week. No one should eat under 1200 calories a day. I think I'd starve to death if I tried..haha. Soooo....

I guess I have a new goal now. WATCH those calories!! :)
