because some people can't handle the truth, i now will post my thoughts in my support groups so i wont be stifled by other food addicts who need to keep living in denial. life isn't about food. i am an addict and i am ok with the truth, it set me free. for those who cheat while trying to lose weight, i would say they never even started. i would say those who defend addicts just need validation for their own addiction.
