good Monday morning just got off the recumbent bike short 10-minute workout I was just trying to spend titles for 10 minutes to get my heart elevated to get the day started out right
I have several errands to run this morning and then I'm not sure what I'm going to do the pain that I've been having in my shoulder and some is bad so I'm trying to cut back on the medication because all it does is make me want to sleep
I've also noticed that the medication makes me constipated so another reason I want to get off of it
have a great day today my goal is to set 10000 steps today and try to pick up on my steps throughout the week and get back in the habit of doing something besides sleeping

Pain isn't as bad so trying to cut back on the medication so that I don't sleep so damn much

Always best to cut down on pain medication if you can, Mike. Too many side-effects from them. Hope you have a great day 🙂
