good Tuesday morning just finished taking my morning poop I found it getting also pain meds has started to clean me out better all the pain meds were constipated pain causing me to retain water which the wait was going on rapidly that I couldn't really figure it out why and once I get off the pain meds or at least cut down on what I was taking it did make a lot of difference scale reading......

I decided after week sleeping in a recliner last night I decided I would try sleeping in bed for a change that idea woke up this morning hurting more finally took an oxycodone while ago just going to do one hoping that I'll take care of the pain and hopefully tomorrow or the next day I can get back off of them again......

watching everyone walk by the house where you been riding a bike by the house makes it hard for me not to want to get on my bike and if not my bike get on my trainer slash bike and do some kind of workout yes I know I have a recumbent bike but it just isn't the same.....

it's been a week since my surgery and all I think about is how much more time I've got before I can get out of the sling and start therapy hopefully when I go back on the 11th and hopefully I can start therapy shortly after that even though my arm will still be in a swing the little achievements give me the hope that I need that it's all going to work out.....

still getting up at 4 in the morning but just not moving around as fast because not a lot I can and I'm so looking forward to getting back into my riding habit I've been on my trainer slash like and getting my morning workout in so that those endorphins can run wild

going to close this journal down have my salad and maybe go outside and walk around the house so I can get a few more steps and I got yesterday hopefully I'll have a great day and steps today because yesterday I only hit like 3900 not a great day but better than nothing

Good luck!! I had a minor surgery last week and luckily I can still at least go for walks. When you're on pain meds and just not feeling the best it's so hard to stay on track, but just remember this pain is temporary and eventually you will be out there again being active, so try to keep your eating as in line as you can and that will help your recovery. Your body needs time to heal, so don't push too hard.
