good Wednesday morning didn't sleep all that great last night even though my Fitbit told me I got eight and a half hours didn't feel like it when I woke up this morning just going to take it easy today not do too much of anything

Almost sure that I'm losing muscle in my legs since I can't ride

My nights are couple hours in bed..then uncomfortable and couple hours in recliner..then back to bed again...then recliner..get sleep when I can...doctor told me other day I'm not to be doing anything with right arm..had been tieing garbage bags..he Sid that's a nono..dont want to work any arm muscles....some days I get so depressed thinking how screwed up I am over a freak wreck...

Try not to get depressed, Mike. You will heal and once you do you won't think about it so much any more. You've just got to be patient. I know it's hard but in a few weeks time you'll feel differently about it.
