I lost 1.2 lbs! Wahoo! At this rate, it will take me a year to lose 48! Just going to look at it one day at a time!At least I think I'm learning what I can eat and what I can't! Shouldn't have had that tablespoon of peanut butter this evening, otherwise I stuck to WOE very well today. I even passed up a chance to eat out after my library meeting today. I came home and made a veggie/cheese omelet and drank Keto coffee. Skipped supper and snacked after returning home from church instead.
