Weekends are getting a little easier, though still not as "easy" to stick to it as the week. I cooked 2 meals off the fatsecret kitchen yesterday for the next 2 days. Cooking a few meals on Sunday seems to help eliviate bad food choices during the week, so trying to keep it up. Didn't touch the treadmill, although I thought about it :) Really need to focus on my water this week. Only 1.5lbs away from 1st goal...Happy Monday everyone.... Here's to a skinny week!
