Dave I used a Chinese curry powder and made paste with water. Used around two tbsp much less than you supposed to and the powder is not so calorific x

Very nice, i thought you would have added water, not much of a cook but you inspired me to make one of my own. Bit different in all but it was amazing! Thanks for the inspiration
