Home-made beef curry with peas courgettes and cauliflour with swede wedges. yum and all for around 500 kcal Winner!

Isn't it flies that want to eat their own vomit? They also hover around pure sh*t do they not? It's OK Tom you keep finding that vomit appealing 😉 we'll stick to the beef thank you 😊👍😘 Go find somewhere else to buzzzzz around 💩

Dave I used a Chinese curry powder and made paste with water. Used around two tbsp much less than you supposed to and the powder is not so calorific x

Very nice, i thought you would have added water, not much of a cook but you inspired me to make one of my own. Bit different in all but it was amazing! Thanks for the inspiration
