Well Pizza hut was yummy! - No surprises there then! lol I stuck to the salad for starter althouh if the truth be known I went a bit too heavy on the coleslaw really. I had one and a bit pieces of garlic bread with cheese too :( oops! ANyway, I did ask for my pizza with hlaf cheese and i really couldn't tell the difference and I DIDN'T HAVE DESSERT!!! (just a hot choc!) lol

The kitchen did our order wrong the first time though (missed some veggies off my pizza) so they re did all 3 pizzas and gave them to us to bring home. BIG mistake! I now have 3 whole pizzas sitting in the fridge and smelling divine. I'm determined to steer clear of them though. I dont' want to ruin all my hard work!

Today is fine so far. Went to meet a friend in town this morning so I had a pot of tea and scrambled egg on toast. It's now past lunch time and I'm still stuffed to the brim...haven't pointed it yet though but I'm assuming it would be around 4 points?

Making chilli for dinner tonight and I've still got the ingredients in to make more sweet potato and chilli soup too. I'm living on that! I hope I don't do overkill on it and go off it! Maybe I should try something different next week! Hee hee.

Wooohooo! I would call your Pizza Hut outing a success! That is why we have Flex points! And making the better choices and limiting the amount you ate of the not-so-good choices was fantastic! You are gaining the habits that will ensure your lifelong success. Well done! As for the 3 pizzas they sent you home with, did you know that you can freeze them whole and then warm them up in the oven at a later date? I've done it before when we got a deal on pizza and they turned out lovely! My daughter and I love your sweet potato and chili soup, too! I still have some in the freezer. It's great to have on hand, especially when you are looking for something to keep your points low! I love chicken veggie soup, too. I just make it using instant broth and a bag of the smaller cut mixed veggies (I think the one I used had carrots, peas, green beans, corn, and lima beans). Then I figure out how many servings I am making (a big bowl takes about 2 cups I figure) and I add one ounce of chopped up, cooked chicken breast for each serving. That way, each serving is only 1 point! And it is so yummy. I even froze some cooked macaroni in a freezer bag to add if I wanted to use an extra point (1/4 cup) and make it chicken noodle soup! Anyway, I'm rambling on here.... Have a Thrilling Thursday!
