Today I had a small slice of chocolate cake to celebrate a coworker who is moving on to better things. OMG. That was a big mistake. Not only do I feel icky now (havent eaten that much sugar in 6-7 months), I feel bad because I let myself indulge too much. I had orange soda too. Not a lot but it was too much. I should have just had water. Now I'm paying for it.
