Learning to peal eggs the easy way...good Wednesday morning..I was watching hsn Monday nite...they was selling a little canister you could put a hard boiled egg in..shake it and the egg pealed in almost one piece...now folks...my mind was thinking how cool is that...how many times do you peal an egg an get so frustrated that you want to throw the egg in the trash...an do without...been there done that...so I got up went in kitchen...grabbed a Tupperware glass put hard boiled in it..put hand over top and shook it...you could hear egg shell...10 seconds later...I peeled that egg the easiest I ever have..I was amazed...50 years of doing it wrong all these years...tried it again yesterday when I fixed salad...like wow...I’m amazed..

Have therapy today...we are gonna be talking about what’s making shoulder bone so sore..see if there is alternative exercise we can instead of cable pulls...

Another hot one today...90s...but with humidity...over 100 an then some...my summer is slipping by

Was out cutting grass on rider Monday..got tired of waiting on my friends son to come an cut it...cut it one handed..set up front gear before I started it..that way didn’t have to use right arm..not that I can with it in sling...was in back yard when the boy showed up...he looked at me as I shut off rider..he says you disobeyed...I thought to my self.. you got me..as I got off tractor and headed back into house...

His dad wasn’t to happy with me...his dad says...what was you caught doing this time...his son told him I was out cutting grass..I totally understand...but...until your in my shoes...you just don’t know how boring life is just doing nothing...

Well tea is gone as is breakfast...almost 7am..74outside already...gonna heat up fast again today...

Great tip about the egg - I'll try that next time. Take care of that arm. I do hope it soon begins to heal properly.
