Therapy or pain....good Thursday morning..thought a lot about yesterday’s session...I took 4 ibprophen and 1 oxycodone and that normally relaxes me enough so that therapy is much easier..but yesterday my session was with the head therapist and I would swear...she’s into pain...and she was taking measurements as well...I finally said..take it easy...I’m here on Thursday to...I can relax with all the other therapist...but with her...I just am never able to stay relaxed enough..with her...it’s a pain session..the good news..I’m improving...for the last two or three weeks...but 25 a Wednesday will be measurement day cause have dr appt...with dr on 30...she told me yesterday..that around house I can be slingless...just need to not use it wrong...

So after lunch...hopefully I get a different therapist...that might cause pain...but knows when to quit...

O my...just noticed on 📆...Friday marks Friday 13th...3 month ago...I ate pavement...time just flies...when everyone is trying their best to keep you outta trouble...I’m sure if the head therapist knew I was on rider Monday...she would have a come apart...when I told her I was riding recumbent bike all I heard was...did you clear it with your dr...so I’ve learned to watch what I say I’m gonna do...I mean like...I know my limits...I know I have to wear the sling to keep arm immobile...duh....

Ok...enough...not sure what’s in store for today...would like to do a short ride on zwift....but...if I record the ride on Strava...
Which...why tide if your not gonna record it...then my friend mike would be shaking his head again...telling his son I’m hopeless...choices...to be in trouble...or to ride the recumbent bike...hmmmmm...

Well 4am...would be nice to get them endorphins woke up and running wild...
