Remembering 90days ago...Good Friday the 13th...yesterday at therapy ...got the head therapist again yesterday...wasn’t too thrilled..as we headed into the room...I can’t ever get relaxed with her like I can the others...and I told her that.. as she was telling me to relax an bending my arm in directions it hadn’t moved in several months..she suggested a different therapist...I said no...we need to work together..told her I know she’s trying to help me...but unless my arm is limber enough...I can’t be expected to move it like she wants...I also know..that dr visit is getting closer...and it’s a matter of me being able to show him that I’m improving...she gave me exercises that I can do at home...which before yesterday...she didn’t want me doing...maybe our talk opened her eyes to the fact I want to get better..but they can’t do it all at the office...

Today’s plan..do my exercises..after while..have breakfast..watch kid cut my yard...unless I get tired of waiting on him...lol..I am allowed to go slingless more at the house...which I have been enjoying...not really sure what kind of trouble I might get into today...my bike/trainer has been yelling at me more this week..to get a ride in...just trying to figure out how to ride and not have my friend mike see on Strava...that I recorded a ride on zwift...I really think I’m stronger then what some of em give me credit for...but they know my surgery was an intense one...and they don’t want me to have to go back thru it cause I was careless...I understand...but...

Well almost 5am...time to get up and weigh in...see what yesterday’s damage was and try to get control again...wishing for cooler days..but stuck with humid ones this time of year,,
