I went a little nuts with the candy on Saturday night...potato chips too :( This week I HAVE to carefully watch what I eat to make up for the empty calories I ingested over the weekend. I only have about 10 pounds left until my goal weight and I can't sabotage myself when I'm SO close.
I need some more motivation I think...maybe I should buy an outfit that will fit me when those 10 pounds are gone. What do people think about that idea?
