I usually weigh in on monday, but not today! I'm scared to because I totally dropped the ball this weekend. Did not exercise at all, ate pretty much whatever I wanted, and drank saturday night. The fact that I am an emotional eater really came out this weekend. Something happens to upset me, and I head straight for the frig! I am back on track today though and intend to stay there!
