I’m really thankful to have this group. It a great comfort to know there are others of every race and creed who work on some of the same challenges. I didn’t log food again today which worries me as I didn’t think of it until now, but I must say I’m very amazed how my food choices are quite automatic now, like really amazed! As I sit here and think about what I have eaten today, feel like I’m exactly on track. Although I do love seeing the numbers, I need visual. I’m on holidays, so not keeping track of anything including date and time. So maybe tomorrow, but I need a reminder. Maybe put an alarm on my phone might help. still on
