26 points for yesterday, so I dipped into my extra weekly allotment a bit, but that's what they're for, so no big deal, though it really does feel great on days when you don't dip into them at all. For exercise, I did my power flex class, unfortunately no elliptical. Started a new bible study last night, I think it is going to be so uplifting, what a great group of ladies! I just had such a great feeling all night afterwards. OK, I'm rambling as I tend to do!
