What was I thinking...goood Wednesday morning...at 530am...having another therapy today...right now I’m thinking o crap...so sore from yesterday and it was same workout as last Friday...had planned to ride on zwift this morning...and I don’t see that happening...but the morning is just starting...took 3 ibprophen along with breakfast...see how that helps...

Therapy yesterday went well,,even though I went from oxycodone to hydrocoden...and cutting down to a half...but I do feel more soreness this morning...not sure I’m gonna enjoy that...but trying to think positive as I grin and bear it...they did tell me yesterday that depending on dr visit in sept...I could be getting close to being done with trips to therapy...would then be doing home therapy instead...told therapist...I wasn’t all that consistent with doing what I should be doing now...she took it in stride..I must not be the first that’s said that...

Guys got furnace in yesterday...today it’s changing out the air...good thing..heat coming back by weekend...everyone is telling me how happy I will be with a new unit...just hope it lasts 20 years....

Did get handle bars on bike turned around yesterday...so they are 5 inches closer...should take some of the bending over reaching out for shoulder at this time...might make dr happy next visit....won’t feel like little kid getting a scolding...hate when that happens...not that I get that many of them...

Well breakfast is over...need to meditate..less pain..might be a ride in my future before therapy again today...won’t know till the mood hits..
