Oh the truth hurts so much that I have to laugh to keep from crying. I want this as another visual on my mirror. I love this one. It makes me want to take the fat dog up in my arms and make him healthier. We can do that for a dog but not hardly with each other. We each have our own free-will to contend with on many levels.

You are very right. I can’t tell you how many times in my life I have seen body builders or weight lifters come into the hospital for one reason or another and leave 2-3 weeks later looking like everyone else. The body don’t care. You stop your routine and it’s all over. There is no forgiveness. No— “oh I’m so sorry, I’ll just sit here and wait for you to feel better.”

Kenna *About the food scale* I am loving it, I was not too bad at guessing , I was eating less spaghetti , less cheese , less avocado, more chicken breast, more oatmeal, more salad , so it was kind of balance jaja
