Great workout today, just moved up to 80% of my normal max that I was at prior to me injuring myself. Now it's starting to get taxing. Overall I look pretty decent, clothes are a tad lose. I exchanged about 5 lb of muscle for 5 lb of fat, thereabouts. Back still slowly improving, and ankle swelling down to about 15% larger than my other one.
Once again guys, lets remind ourselves, "Nothing taste as good as thin feels!" Now knock that fat off!
