Bit of a rough day today, but, no reason, have to move onwards and upwards. I am gaining weight, which does not help my frame of mind, but obviously I am doing something wrong. Sit down, study my food, and rearrange. I know I am not taking in enough calories so that is probably biting me in the butt. I will fix it.
