I'm a little bit excited because the "muffin top" I had going on in my dress pants is getting smaller and less noticeable! They even have a little gap in the waistband :D Yayy!

So I guess I'm losing inches, but this is odd, because the scale is up and down every day and I haven't been exercising because I've been sick. Can you still lose inches without exercising and the scale not show a loss?

Under my chin looks smaller too. Hopefully this isn't just my imagination lol.

Keep in mind that your body will feel differently in clothes if you haven't eaten that day (loose pants) or if you're feeling bloated (tighter pants). Maybe that's it...?

I hate it when we get sick, cause it feels like the execrise part like your starting from zero again. I have to get back in soon I finally am not sick any more (I get sick every 3-5 years once) the Doc told me last time i was in was 5 years ago! Yeah so i get really sick when i do get sick, but yeah if you are eating right it is completely possible to lose weight, I believe your body evens out you lose in some places and gain certain muscle mass in others so you end up weighing the same. But if you feel good and you are for sure looking good then keep it up! I love it when pants start to feel lose lets you know that you are losing weight! So congrats keep it up!
