This week ends on a high note! 2.5 pounds down. That is the most that I expect out of any one week. I am good with one pound week over week as that is 50 pounds a year. The thing I want to do is to keep the trend going steadily downwards. I don't like the peaks and valleys.

I took a look at the data for this week and saw if I keep the fat number down to around 60-70 I loose weight however into the 80s I gain. The last two days I watched those numbers carefully and had good weight losses both days. Last night before I ate supper, I worked out how much of each food item I would have that would fit the end result. Then I ate with confidence and got on the scale this morning confident I would not gain. Turned out I lost a pound. Yipppeeee!
