Back after small vacation visiting my parents so they can spend some time with our 6 week old. Luckily my mom thinks I'm always low carb so made some great food that was reasonable to maintain my weight. I'm actually lower than when I left but still a couple up from last weigh in. Had pork chops, ribeyes, eggs, avocados, leftover brats, salad, and the best was her cauliflower casserole which was laden with cheese bacon and onions. The best part I didn't bring a scale or track a damn thing like a crazy person for once in a couple months. Back to the grind tomorrow after a buffer day. And I didn't fast either.. Longest I haven't fasted for months.
