I have not been following the diet all the way. I've been going out to eat and having salads but I feel scared to eat anything. I haven't been eating that much. I didn't loose this week, I think I might be hitting a plato. I know that I need to change it up so I think that I will cut meat and leave the cereal in the morning ( it would be very painful to give that up). I'm trying to do more physical things in my days also. I went shopping, cleaning up the house, organizing the clost, cleaning out the garage....i'll see if that helps me this week but I know that I need to eat more frequently.

In the past if I needed to loose weight...I would just starve myself. I don't want to do that...but I found myself getting closer to that route when i'm not satisfied with my scale results.


Does anyone have any tips for when they hit a plato?

You needs to probably eat small meals more frequently, about 300 calories worth every 3 hours. You could also try drinking more water and upping the amount of cardio you are doing, which could just be adding a half hour walk after dinner. All of those things should help the scale move again, eating too little will definitely slow or stop the weight loss. Good Luck!

Add an additional cardio. Or do 20% more
