What a week! Burned crazy calories, and tried to keep up with spent fuel. I over did it a bit and put on a pound, but not worried, between the Mexican food yesterday and the junk Saturday I suspect all combined it is muscle and water weight. I have one more day at my 90% of my max workout until I move to 95%. Today called for me to do 57 consecutive push ups, and happy to report I obliged. 57 excellent form for a 57 year old isn't bad. I did fail 1 rep on leg curls though.

I'd be impressed with 57 push ups at any age! Then again... I cannot do a single one. :D I got the strenght of a five year old girl... it would be shameful if I had shame. :)

FioLog, train under me and I bet I can get 25 Push ups and 10 pull ups from you in 4 months, no problem.
