Struggling lately...good Thursday morning..no ones fault but mine..been over indulging in salt food..bacon bits for salads..green olives in my salads...mmmm good..but they are gone..and my salt craving is over...and now it’s back to reality and getting back on track...

I also think the change of weather is having an impact on my motivation to get back into a routine..the fact that zwift has the Innsbruck course up for a week doesn’t help..yesterday was a mix of rain an cooler temps..this morn is starting..out with light rain..an 72 ..

Therapy ...I’m in the just get it over with mode...next week is last 2 days of it...been a long 4 months and yet 2 of those. Was spent in a sling...with very little moving...

The plan today...get a short ride on zwift..before therapy...go to therapy..come home and fall asleep in recliner for a short nap...but who knows till the plan happens..lol

Need to get up..change into riding clothes..head into fitness room..and get on bike and turn zwift on..get them endorphins woke up...even been thinking about a chicken and riced cauliflower casserole...for later..when I get hungry after my nap...lol

7 mi...12.5 ave speed..34min..40 top speed..as always didn’t want to change clothes..kinda rakes some of the motivation out of riding...but once I got all set up..time passed quickly...and now..I have my ride over with..
