Just finished a 21 hour fasting...good Sunday morning...by 9 am...632 am right now..plan to be back into another fast...

Spent yesterday prepping ahead..that seems to make life easier for me...then went on you tube and found a link to a series of iPod casts..called 2 keto dudes..spent rest or most of it listening to them..plan today to plug into them once again...

Just had breakfast...they was talking how we are use to eating at a certain time...3 more hours I would of hit 24 hour fast...o well....tummy was happy 😃...lol

Need to zwift..but not sure if I want to ride today on Innsbruck..not a favorite course at all...one of them got to ride it...if you want to ride inside courses....cooler temps even later in day makes riding inside more desirable...

Welp...need to take breakfast dish into kitchen..get salad set up..get everything ready so can get back into fasting mode again...

Just finished 7.1 miles...31.36 on time...started another 21 hour fast at 9 am...4 hours ago..and decided to get short ride in as well...burn baby burn...interested to see if doing ride at start of a fast...is harder..then at the end of one...
