Well, I'm back to regular gyming and I'm slowly getting my points down as I get better at remembering I'm on a diet and keeping on top of how many points I've eaten as I eat them, rather than seeing how I did at the end of the day. I'm working on getting those glasses of water back up into the 2 litre range - but my water bottle has become excessively grungy and needs either to be cleaned or replaced.
Its weird. I took a week and a bit of the gym (although there was a bit of shovelling and 1 short cross country ski in their - and going back, I find that my cardio is a worse, but not as bad as I expected, my legs are okay, but I've lost a rediculous ammount of muscle tone in my abs and upper body. So, I'm pretty sort and frustrated that I can't do as much, but I'm sure I'll get everythign but the abs back shortly.. and well, abs... I think they'll be a long term battle :D
