Getting a little bit discouraged. It has been almost 3 weeks since I have lost anything and I have been eating within my calorie range (1600-1800) and exercising, but the scale hasn't moved. BP is better though, and I've lost a few inches from different places. I've been at this for a few months with no luck. Maybe my thyroid has blown out again. Who knows. I'm so tired of going back and forth to the doctor though. Sigh. I will write again after I take my b12 shot this afternoon (pernicious anemia) and see if my attitude improves lol. It usually does. People don't realize the importance of this vitamin!

I've found that sometimes your body needs one day where you have a different calorie set, so your body doesn't flatline in gain/loss. Your body may have adjusted to this new calorie range and exercise routine, and so now it's just holding steady. Maybe you could look into that and see if you think it'd help? Best of luck to you!
