let's just say this week has sucked for me. i gave in to multiple temptations. while baking boyfriend's bday cake, i did nothing but munch on bits and pieces of excess cake and icing. not cool. but, cake is too hard for me to pass up. i think its a trigger food for me. i am just going to accept that since mid march this has been the worse week since i started. being that is tom, i have been craving sweets and had no motivation to work out. so, starting Monday gotta get back on this grind and work it out!!! won't be a skinny minny if i keep eating cake haha.
