Well, I'm not sure whether or not record today's weight as it's only 6 days since my last weigh in and maybe one more low point day could change a gain into at least a 'steady'. I was 1.5 down on yesterday's weight but still 1.5 ish up on my last recorded weight.....I think I'll leave it til tomorrow and see what happens!

Yesterday was fine, foodwise. I'd decided to try to stay around 18 points rather than using all 21 and I did that. Went to the supermarket for their veggie breakfast - it works out 9 points but it fills me up! Then just had 2 crumpets for lunch and made the risotto (finally) for dinner - 4 points :)

I've got some risotto left over for today and I'm going to make 0 point carrot and coriander soup as well.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with leaving it another day. Your food menu sounds delicious yet again! I know I'd love carrot and coriander soup - yum! Hope you have a marvellous day!

Your weigh in days should be equidistance apart to show a true week to week progress so go ahead and wait until tomorrow. But don't let yourself be disappointed if it still shows a gain. You are dedicated to this journey so any steps backward will be counteracted by all your movement forward. You are more than 1/4 way to your goal already so there is the proof! Try to stay positive and keep up the great effort. You can do it!
