All your food looks great . I’m trying to follow the keto diet but I don’t seem to be loosing weight anyway I will keep to the low carb diet and see how I get on .

Cheers.Personally I am trying to keep my carbs to around 30g a day and no more than 50g and as a result have been in keto for periods. My macros fall pretty close to a keto diet over a week but I am not trying to cram fat and trying to consume a reasonable amount of fibre and protein is what it is. I have given up all processed food and cook from scratch, helping to reduce sodium intake and therefore water retention and keeping calorie intake between 1350 and 1500 a day (my rda is 2700), I am fairly active at work but have not increased my exercise. I believe calorie deficit is the key but the diet must suit the individual to be effective for weight loss. Best of luck finding what works for you.
