Finally, on my way back into ketosis. Boy, don't know what kicked me out, but I really want to figure it out.
73,9 kg Bisher verloren: 10,4 kg.    Still to go: 5,9 kg.    Diät befolgt: Recht gut.

Diätkalender ansehen, 30 Mai 2010:
1300 kcal Fett: 96,64g | Eiw: 97,31g | Kohlh: 7,90g.   Frühstück: Boiled Egg, cream cheese, BUTTER UNSALTED, bacon. Mittagessen: tuna fish, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), coffee, decaffeinated, mayonnaise hellmans. Abendessen: CHICKEN THIGHS, olive oil, butter, unsalted, Cooked Cauliflower (from Fresh). mehr...

Only way to be out of ketosis is to over carb :(

I am on day 3 after my cheat. I tested this morning in the vain hope. No sign of colour! How Long did it take you shannon?

Took me three days of hard core. I upped my fat a lot, and ate really high protein, as well as two to three shakes a day. Remember it can take longer after a cheat, hang in there my friend, you will be there soon

Oh, and I kept my carbs lower than 10 grams a day for the entire 3 days. Like I said, hard core :)

Blimey 10 gs! I am feeling sooo much better today , so I think I must be on my way. No feelings of doubt/cravings. Will test tomorrow. I have also lost the lb I gained already. So am pleased. My last cheat was whole weekend! This time was just one day , I reigned it in immediatly but have found it especially hard to get back to feeling 'normal' this time.
