I binged. I dont know why... I ate one thing too many and suddenly I couldnt say no. This has never happened before. I had anorexia, and I lost 5 kilos, which doesn't seem much, but I lost all that while growing 10cm. Over 6 months, I went from healthy, to eating one meal a day if I was "good". Then I changed. I saw how this all would end and I fixed myself, peice by peice, day by day. The thing is, I was then afraid to deny myself, as if that would put me back into my old frame of mind... I gained 7 kilos. Two more than I'd lost and I hated every ounce. I didint know if I was strong enough to keep sayong yes, but now my problem is 'no'. I dont want to be who I was again, but I dont want to be who I am now, either.
