Ok so this is my second week! Last Friday I went in and I had gained .5 and I've been scared to go back... I'm going to try to go tonight but I'm scared all my bad choices on the weekend has probably really affected me!
Anybody have any tips for weekend choices! I find it very hard to stay on plan!!!

It depends on where you are going and doing. Defininetly use your restaurant guide and tip cards. Those are real life savers for me. When in doubt always go with a grilled chicken or fish with steamed or grilled veggies. Drink water with lemon in it.

Usually it takes a few days for your "bad" choices to catch up with you. Better to go weigh in right away. Anyhow, look at the trend, not the fluctuations. Otherwise you may drive yourself crazy. We are persons, not a number on a scale!!! Keep it going, you are doing so well. Weekends are challenging indeed. Keep yourself busy and stay structured like on weekdays.
