I know I am on the right track because I took off my wedding rings with little effort. Ordinarily they cannot be removed. I put them on at age 18 (and 135 pounds) and now almost 42 years later they are a part of me. When I lose weight to a specific place my rings can come off so it is a milestone! I think over the years that I have managed to stretch them a bit:)
