Ok so I went to Weigh in yesterday and I'm down 1Lbs. I'm pretty excited!! The lady told me that I can be loosing more if I eat ALL my Fruits and veggies! I've been skipping out on a few because I'm having a hard time putting everything together it's either I eat all my fruits and no veggies or all my veggies and no fruit! does anyone else have this problem??

Congrats, try spacing them out over the day.....like I eat some for my mid morning or afternoon snacks.........I lost a fruit from my last plan and actually miss that....but it is not too bad, since I love fruits and veggies especially in summer when so much is available so fresh!!!

Well, if you like v8 juice, you can have an 8oz glass of that for a total of 2 veggies. And my councelor told me that I can have 8oz of v8 splash as 2 veg and 1 fruit. I've heard others say no to the splash, but i drank it, and it seemed to have worked for me. Maybe this is an option for you.

Wow, I wish I would have known that we can have V8. I struggle as well to get in all of my fruits and veggies. I try to eat three servings at once just to get it done and overwith.
