haha! wasn't expecting it esp after a big christmas day of lots of food and drink.
But got back to sensible and some gym and a couple of runs. It was a good shock. :)

Aiming to be a bit more serious and consistent with my diet in 2019 and also include more greens and fresh veg with my protein.
my body wants to be 70Kg but i blow out to 75ish when i dont stick to the plan. Im attempting to stay consistent on 68Kg and work on body fat.
No new years resolutions but wish you the best for the new year. :)
