Another day doing what I need to do on the food front. My belly and body are thanking me! Later I plan to be thanking the scales lol!

This is my go to breakfast of late. It is shredded yam stir fried with some olive oil, cinnamon and cumin. Topped with two poached eggs. Salt and pepper as everything is better with salt and pepper.

Well, I just came in from the Great Outdoors. It is gorgeous out hovering right at freezing with little wind. The snow plow came yesterday but couldn't fit all the way around the turnaround. So out I went today with shovel in hand. I shoveled two truck lengths and 1.5 truck widths to complete the turnaround, then I shoveled in front of my water truck (we haul all our water from a local pump so no truck no water!!)-- a width and a half wide and about the same long to get to where the plow left off and finally I shoveled off my deck that had a skiff of snow from last night. I was huffing and puffing and sweating enough to unzip my jacket and take my gloves off. It took just under an hour. So what to call it in my exercise list??? I ended up calling it moderate strength training!!
