Finally able to walk again! I walked 4 blocks! It really sucked lol. I'm hoping to do it again with a slightly smaller gap in time than the last time. I have to take pain meds and then wait to see if I'm up to so sometimes it can be hard to do it again. It usually takes a couple of days to recover and if I have appointments it may take a week. So between the pain and the "having to do too much" or the "having to sit too long" it can be quite a while before I am actually up to walking and if you add in the "It sucks and it's cold/raining/hot outside" well...let's just say I don't walk too often lol. I'm trying to do better with the attitude but it's pretty slow going.
