I have been doing good just with no exercise *boo* but hopefully I will be feeling much better after a weekend of resting.
I made double stuffed cauliflower lastnight (instead of double stuffed potatoes) and it was FANTASTIC. My daughter ate them up (said they tasted a little different) then I told her it was not really potatoes...haha.
Here is to another day of eating and feeling better.
