Bought my own car back from Allstate. (grumbles) I never want to hear "allstate" again. Im switching companies to something else. Any suggestions pertaining to an insurance company that has always been fair to you guys? I would appreciate it big time.
I normally lose weight when I am stressed out but since I haven't had a car to go anywhere and where I live is kind of not the best place to go walking alone - I have stayed inside and I am a boredom eater. Yeah, I have seen a lot more of my tiny elliptical but it still jerks me around a bit much for my whiplash just yet. (ouch)
I would love to find a cleansing week long diet. Something short term to show results on the scale and motivate me to stick to losing weight and finding more productive things to do with my time than just eat...
So I have thought about this. I am going to ask a friend to drive me to the store where I will buy paint for my room and I will have a project of my own to keep me busy after work while without car. When your surroundings look better you just tend to feel better. Am I right or what? lol.

Sorry about your car situation, total bummer! I have to say, even though I do have a car, I pretty much stay home most of the day. I get on the treadmill 2x a day 40 minutes each time, so if I want to go out inbetween, that means showering, hair, makeup..... just don't have that kind of time with two kiddos.
I too, used to be a bordom eater, and I think its ALMOST ok to be one as long as what your snacking on is healthy. Get some hummus in the house, or maybe some low-fat string cheese - thats always fun to eat!
