still going to gym..some days its hard to get the motivation to go, but once ther, then i get started...today i decided that i would use the bicycle every few days to break up the routine and at same time would also work differnt muscles...today was first day on bicycle...and i sure can tell a difference...didnt sweat as much as i do on eleptical...but, my legs feel like rubber..lol....so i guess thats good....have a great day....
