Greetings my Fat-Loss Followers!

Thanks for all the support the last few days! The Idiot Box shows the extra eating - up four pounds! Too depressing to log it but I am SO aware...

I went to Orange Theory three days in a row since the weather/driving cooperated. Yesterday, I was able to do 1600 meters on the rower in one block then added another 400 at the end of the workout for a 2000 total row. When I am 100%, I can row 5000 meters in one block so I am slowly getting back.

Still not touching the weights much though - some swelling in my left hand and slight pain at the incisions lately tell me to "wait for the weights." I see the surgeon again soon so will check it out with him.

Food is coming back into focus and the sun is out today, but the wind chill is ridiculous!

Goal Calories: 1150/1175 or less, and carbs under 25 total grams

Macros: F/60-70% P/20-30% C/5-10%

Short Range Goals: 2019
* Down on the Idiot Box while rebuilding muscle after surgery-log weekly
* Bodyfat% reading with trainer May/June/July 2019
* Drink at least 12-14 cups of fresh water daily - especially on gym days
* Continue HIIT mixed in with weight lifting five days a week
* Keep up the training notebook to achieve progressive overload

Long Range Goals: 2019
*Bodyfat at 27% or less (Current 29.38%) by summer 2019
*Longer range body fat goal is 25% - which at my age is great!
*Maintain 160lbs or less staying under goal weight in 2019
*Increased strength, endurance and flexibility during workouts
