I am totally surprised with this 2 pound loss. I went back to work this week and wasn't following things to the tee. School provided us lunch on a few occassions and we all know what that means---fast and usually unhealthy. Did the best I could though and obviously made some good choices.

It's a relief when the body works with you and not against. Look at your weight history chart, it looks awesome!
