It was a rough few weeks, lots of pain, finally got a diagnosis for my mental illness, and tried acupuncture. At that particular appointment it was suggested that a lot of my issues with allergies and my joint pain can be caused by my diet and she suggested I try intermittent fasting. So, I’m going to try it out. Last night I stopped eating at 8pm and I started again at noon today. That was easier than I expected but I assume it’ll get harder after a day or so then be easier as my body adjusts. I’m going to stick to low carb and low sugar as much as I can. It’s harder when it’s Girl Scout cookie season but I can do it.
