So far so good. I hit my daily target today easy. I would like to try to get more protein in tomorrow, especially because it is a low day.
Zigzagging really works for me, but the low days are sometimes hard to get through.
I had to babysit a little demon child today, verrrry stressful.
My own little girl wasn't being an angel either. They fought all day.
I fought the urge to stress eat though, yea me!
I even sneaked in 30 minutes on the elliptical while they watched a movie! Today was a good day.
