Fun Sunday. The wife had a shower to go to, so the men went to the local German society for all you can eat German food and beer. Schnitzel, brats, chicken & pork loins with of course German sides. 2 beers =1.5 liters 😄 So I made it to the gym after that, burned a bunch of cals and then made a pulled chicken quesadilla and some more. 3 more hours to add to my total calories should be over 4k, hopefully will still be under on total food.
